Brazos Valley Rentals has been serving Aggieland’s rental housing needs since the mid-1990’s. We are a locally owned and operated company, so you deal directly with the owners and not a property management company. We own a variety of duplexes and houses in College Station, Texas ranging from 2 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms. As a family-operated business, we take great pride in offering quality, clean and well-maintained properties in desirable areas conveniently located near Texas A&M University. Our properties must be shown by appointment ONLY. Our properties have a twelve (12) month lease (August thru July). We prefer that you call at least 1 day in advance to schedule a showing (as a courtesy to our current tenants). You may call us between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Monday thru Sunday. We prefer to show our properties between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM weekdays but will gladly show our properties Evenings or Weekends by Special Appointment.
